Raylene Khan, a Silicon Valley resident since 1982, is one of Sereno's founding members. She is fulfilling a longtime goal of helping to create a real estate brokerage that echoes the Valley's rich real estate history. Raylene has been a real estate veteran every since beginning her career in Los Gatos in 1995. Raylene became the manager of Coldwell Banker in 2003 where her team was recognized as one of Coldwell Banker's top producing offices in Northern California in sales volume and overall performance. Raylene specializes in Real Estate sales, Relocation and contract negotiations for residential and commercial properties in Silicon Valley and the surrounding counties.

Outside of her commitments at Sereno, Raylene takes her community involvement very seriously. She has served as the Peninsula Pop Warner Cheer Commissioner and a board member. She coached Los Gatos High Schools Nationally ranked competition cheer team for 12 years. She is a member of the local Lions Club which raises money for the blind and sponsors the Los Gatos Children's Holiday Parade that has had more than 50 years of success. Raylene has completed more than 20 years of involvement with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society raising money to find a cure for blood cancers. She is also a sponsor for Girls on the Run, an organization that educates and prepares girls for a lifetime of self-respect and healthy living. Raylene has taken a very active role in the efforts of Habitat for Humanity, building homes for those that have difficulty buying homes on today's market. Toys for Tots, Operation One Warm Coat, Operation Reindeer, Build a Box and feeding the homeless are annual holiday programs Raylene serves.
Prior to entering real estate as a single mother, Raylene worked in the emergency room at El Camino hospital in Mountain View. It is her work in the medical field that honed her life skills dealing with people in some of the most adverse situations.
