Born and raised in Los Altos, I have spent my entire career dedicated to Silicon Valley real estate and the local community in which I live. My passion for real estate and the community aligns perfectly with Christie's International Real Estate Sereno mission, and I currently work in the Sereno Los Altos Office. I bring over 25 years of experience to my clients and am prepared to help them navigate the often difficult Silicon Valley real estate market.
I have a strong track record of real estate sales with many happy clients and an equally strong background in real estate development and custom home building. Over the last 20 years, I have worked directly with my father, John Komo, and Komo Construction to build over 50 luxury homes for clients or direct sale. My experience includes land acquisition, entitlements, project and construction management, and the ultimate sale of the finished product.
Working with clients to help realize their real estate dreams since 1997, I am truly unique to the real estate profession. My strong blend of real estate development, design, and client advisory skills are unparalleled in Silicon Valley. I regularly help clients craft a vision of their future home and have the skill set to advise them on the potential of any piece of real estate.
I am a product of St. Nicholas Catholic School and St. Francis High School, and my four children attended the same local schools. I am very involved with these school communities, and am on the board of Sereno 1% for Good Charitable Foundation. I attended Loyola Marymount University, and finished my college education with a Bachelor's Degree from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo in 1995.
I joined Sereno in 2010, where my philosophy has always been "client first," and while I sell a high volume of real estate each year, I ensure direct and personal service. My approach affords clients multiple perspectives on the real estate they purchase or sell and guarantees hands-on representation. I will be there to take you through every step of your transaction and make it a smooth and enjoyable process.
