Katie Duus

Born and raised in the Willow Glen area of San Jose, Katie Duus is proud to service her community of neighbors as a Residential Real Estate Specialist. Katie's business is built upon her ability to understand each client's specific needs and to formulate an effective strategy to get them what they want.

Whether buying or selling a home, Katie offers her clients full-service representation. Real estate is about more than just a transaction - it's about relationships. Katie currently lives in Willow Glen and works out of the Sereno office on Lincoln Avenue. Outside of real estate, Katie enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 daughters. She sits on the Board of Governors for the Silicon Valley Capital Club and chairs the SVCC Culinary Council.
