ABOUT SEAN
Sean Manning has been a full-time Realtor for 22 years
in which time he has mastered his skills in negotiations, contracts,
client need analysis, proposals, and helping sellers and buyers
reach their goals. He began his career at Xerox Corporation where
he completed the renowned Xerox Sales Training Program and
became a top producing Account Executive for 5 years.
In 1999, Sean began his career with Coldwell Banker in Los
Gatos and initially teamed up with his sister, Shauna Shoop, who
was already a highly successful Realtor in the area. Together
as a team, Sean and Shauna were consistent top producers reaching President's Circle and
President's Elite designations. In 2006, Sean was selected to join Sereno, a new highly respected
company located in Los Gatos made up of seasoned real estate professionals and strong ties to the
community.
Born and raised in Santa Clara Valley, Sean has a strong understanding of the different
communities and pockets that collectively make up this unique area. An area we are all proud to call
HOME.
Sean has built long-lasting relationships with his clients based on honesty, integrity, and just
doing the right thing for them. He believes in providing exceptional client service which is the basis
for his referral-based business. He works diligently to guide and advise his clients through each step
of the home buying/selling process.
When not working, Sean enjoys spending time with family and friends up at his cabin at Pinecrest
Lake, hiking, kayaking, lazy days on the beach, and happy hours on the deck. While he would
probably travel just about anywhere, his yearly tropical getaways to Hawaii and Mexico are the most
enjoyable and relaxing. In his downtime here at home, Sean spends a lot of quality time with his
rescue dog Magnum and enjoying his home in Willow Glen
