Background A San Jose native, Steve Taormina was raised in Willow Glen and Almaden Valley where he attended its well known public schools; Williams Elementary, Castillero Middle, and Leland High Schools. Steve continued his education at the University of Phoenix where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. After several years as a Sales Representative for local software companies, Steve changed careers in 2005 to combine his education and experience with his passion for Real Estate. Steve has enjoyed nine successful years as a Realtor serving Willow Glen, Almaden Valley, and Downtown San Jose neighborhoods. He has also developed several residential investment properties in South San Jose and Los Gatos and helps his family manage several commercial real estate holdings.
Individuality Steve has resided in several locations throughout San Jose including Willow Glen, Almaden Valley, Los Gatos, and Cahill Park near downtown. Steve's experience and history with San Jose and surrounding areas provides him with an awareness of local trends and micro-markets unique to this area. Steve's corporate background gives him a professionalism that works well to negotiate real estate transactions for both buyers and sellers. His attention to organization and detail insures that transactions involving him as an agent go smoothly. Steve's marketing plan and efforts surpass that of most Realtors to insure maximum market exposure and maximum sales price for his listings. Currently, Steve Taormina lives at Cahill Park where he has resided for the last nine years and serves on the board of directors of the Cahill Park Homeowner's Association.
Personal Outside of his Real Estate career, Steve enjoys his local family, working out, traveling, going to the movies, and exploring his artistic talents with oil paints.
