I grew up enjoying the best of both worlds: living in the Willow Glen neighborhood of San Jose, in a home built by our family while reaping the benefits of farming in South San Jose.  I have vivid memories of picking Blenheim apricots, Bing cherries, and the fresh scent of corn as I walked the fields with my dad. Santa Clara was once known as the "Valley of Heart's Delight" due to the abundance of orchards.  I feel fortunate to have witnessed Silicon Valley's rise as a global hub for technological innovation and one of the welathiest regions worldwide.   For the past 30 years, I have been involved in land acquisition and management alongside my family.  Until 2015, I oversaw sales distribution for Giordano Farms, our family business, which included hay, row crops, and orchards.  Having worked in the ag industry, I have gained valuable knowledge in representing farm & ranch properties.  Selling land can be different from selling a home in the city and involves addressing various land-related issues such as well and septic systems.  I can connect you with the right resources to simplify selling your home, whether it's in the city or the countryside.   As a REALTOR, I am proud to partner with Chrisitie's International Real Estate Sereno, a company committed to giving back to the community.  I have several years of experience as a kitchen & bath designer and have been a member of the National Kitchen & Bath Association.  I can offer insights into current design trends that may enhance your home's value when preparing to sell.  Additionally, I have access to numerous resources that will assist you in achieving your goals throughout the real estate process, even when the sale is complete.   Negotiations are a crucial part of any real estate transaction, and my experience in the negotiation process is invaluable in facilitating a successful close while getting the best value.  As your agent, I strive to provide quality services while keeping your interests as my top priority.  I look forward to collaborating with you while navigating your next smooth and successful home transaction.   In my free time, I enjoy cooking, traveling, and competing in local events with my horses.
