Ted Egner

Ted was born and raised in Santa Clara County and has lived in Santa Cruz for 20 over years. He has an intimate knowledge of both sides of "The Hill."

Prior to becoming a REALTOR® in 2006 he worked in the neighborhoods throughout the South Bay and Santa Cruz County as a Home Improvement Contractor. With a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management and having worked as a Quality Assurance Inspector for Home Builders, he brings a much needed literacy of construction to your Real Estate Transaction.

For Buyers he will look at properties through a contractor's lens to help them understand exactly what they are buying, negotiate the best price, and minimize risk.

For Sellers his knowledge will help guide them to getting their property looking it's best without breaking the bank, and ready to get Top Dollar!!

Ted's background has made him very familiar with hard work and he continues this work ethic by going above and beyond for his Real Estate clients. He strives to guide his clients through their Real Estate deals from beginning to end with the goal always being to maximize and protect their investment and facilitate a smooth stress free transactiion. He understands the only way to achieve this is through planning and preparedness.

Ted feels fortunate to be backed by the hyperlocal brokerage Christie's Sereno and he is proud to work with a group that gives back to the community.

He is an outdoorsman at heart so when he is not finding someone the house of their dreams he will likely be surfing, fishing, mountain biking and enjoying the delights that Santa Cruz and the rest of the Bay Area has to offer.
