Brook Munguia

Brook Munguia is a licensed CA REALTOR® and Real Estate Paralegal. Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, Brook primarily worked as a paralegal to the in-house counsel for Sereno for over three years, focusing on real estate law and civil litigation.

Brook decided to expand her love and knowledge for real estate by branching out and becoming a REALTOR®. Brook graduated from San Jose State University with her bachelor's degree in Art History. She then went to De Anza college to obtain her paralegal certificate as well as her real estate license.

Brook enjoys spending time with her husband Jose and her two daughters Olivia and Emily by enjoying trails, parks, events, restaurants, and venues located all over the San Francisco Bay Area. She also enjoys being part and interacting with the community by volunteering at her daughters' school. She is a troop leader for her the neighborhood girl scouts, a PTA member and chair of her daughters' school uniform exchange program. Brook also gives back to the community by being able to work with team members from major non-profit organizations such as: American Red Cross, Aplastic Anemia & MDS Foundation and Be the Match by leading annual blood drives and health fairs. Giving back to her community is very rewarding to Brook and held very close to her heart.
