After a stellar career as a professional alpine ski racer and coach, Rick initiated his passion in the real estate business during the late 1980's while at the elite destination resort of Northstar, California. Rick rapidly built a sound business selling vacation homes, income property and undeveloped land in a very competitive environment. Returning to the Silicon Valley where Rick was born and raised, he was eagerly hired to represent Coldwell Banker in their top sales producing office.
While there, Rick was a consistent top producer and continued to expand his career exclusively representing client requirements for acquisition and disposition of residential, income and multi-unit properties. He has become a recognized USAA relocation specialist, representing companies such as Apple, Intel, Cisco, and Compaq.
