Roxanne Chanos

I have been a licensed realtor since 1999, assisting buyers and sellers along the 580/680 corridor (Castro Valley to Martinez and everywhere in between), as well as Brentwood and Oakley. My real estate career began with Alain Pinel Realtors, then Intero Real Estate Services, followed by J. Rockcliff Realtors. In July of 2020, J. Rockcliff Realtors was acquired by Sereno and I am very proud to be affiliated with this amazing real estate company and brand, together with their 1% for Good Charitable Foundation.

I believe in attention to detail, the ability to negotiate, exemplary customer service and my knowledge and skill set to assist both buyers and sellers throughout the transaction are what are needed to bring a transaction to a successful close. From start to finish, it's guiding and advising, but the ultimate decision is that of the buyers or sellers.

I work with experienced lenders, title companies, inspection companies, stagers and wonderful behind the scenes transaction coordinators - all who help facilitate the many aspects from beginning to end.
