Kim is a life-long resident of Northern California. Working in corporate Real Estate and Property Management for the past two decades has given her an in-depth knowledge of the industry. Now empty nester's, Kim and her husband Mike decided it was time to downsize their home and found moving out of the Bay Area made sense for them. With all the beautiful open space and amenities available, they found Placer County to be the perfect place to call their new home. No strangers to owning and managing property, Kim understands how to navigate the process of buying and selling as well as the importance of property upkeep. In joining our team Kim hopes to help build a strong sense of community for her clients.
