As a local resident of the Bay Area for over 25 years, and having raised our two children in this dynamic and diverse community, I understand the differences and nuances of neighborhoods, schools, and communities. As part of my real estate endeavors, I build custom luxury homes in Silicon Valley and I understand construction. I have a discerning eye for quality and aesthetics and I help my sellers in preparing their homes for a quick sale at the highest price. For my buyers, I help them in identifying red flags in a potential property and in realzing the potential of a home configured for their needs.
