Christian Hansen

Christian's affinity for Real Estate began early. Growing up in Menlo Park, Christian would often spend weekends on the road with his father in search of development deals and investment opportunities. This is where he began to develop an intuition that respected location, pricing, negotiation and anticipation.

Fast forward and Christian is an independent and successful agent with over 20 million in sales in just two years.

Prior to becoming a full-service Real Estate agent, Christian worked in mortgage trading and loan renegotiation, along with project management and development. This experience has attributed to his transformation into a respected agent. Beyond sales knowledge, Christian prides himself on knowing the ins and outs of working with lenders, contractors, architects, engineers, city councils and planning departments.

While continuing to stay up to date on the newest industry trends and technologies, Christian knows that his value as an agent goes far beyond app notifications and automated valuation models.

Christian's formal education includes holding a degree in Economics from Loyola Marymount University and a Masters of Science in Finance from Webster University, Vienna.

Christian spent two years working part time as a residential services coordinator for LifeMoves and currently sits on the San Mateo County Medical Homeless and Farmworker Healthcare Board of Directors. He enjoys playing tennis, having played on the Division 1 team for LMU. Christian is also an avid Salsa dancer, recently performing at the Los Angeles Salsa Festival and currently preparing for a Fall performance in San Francisco.
