Bob Bredel is a former attorney with Palo Alto's Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. He relinquished his law practice in 2005 to pursue residential real estate sales full time. While he regularly represents home buyers and sellers throughout the Peninsula, he has been the #1 Realtor in San Carlos from 2010-2021 in every meaningful category, including total sales volume, most listings and most buyer represented transactions. Bob takes a tremendous amount of pride in providing his clients with the highest levels of advocacy and skilled negotiation. He was recently recognized in the Wall Street Journal/Real Trends as one of the Top 250 Realtors in the United States based on total sales volume. Bob was born and raised in San Carlos. He attended Santa Clara University from 1992-1996. He then attended Santa Clara University Law School from 1997-2000, and passed the California State Bar in November of 2000. His first job as an attorney was at Palo Alto's Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati. He later developed a real estate transactional and litigation practice at a smaller firm in Los Altos. He left practicing law all together in 2005 to pursue his passion of real estate sales. He worked for ReMax in San Carlos from 2005-2010. He then worked for the Sotheby's real estate office in San Carlos from 2010-2014. Late in 2014, Bob and several other high producing San Carlos agents founded and opened Dwell Realtors in San Carlos. Since the day it opened its doors in 2015, Dwell Realtors has been the #1 producing office for San Carlos properties. Bob married his wife Lori in 1999 after meeting in Washington DC in 1997. Bob and Lori have two daughters, Olivia (19) and Lexi (15). Bob and his family currently live in San Carlos.
