My father James was an Electrical Engineer by training, and he used his problem solving skills to develop. market and sell new homes for Watt Industries in Southern California. My mom, Joanne, was a teacher by training. She used her teaching and communication skills to help families invest their assets in sensible and profitable real estate investments. Both of my parents achieved great levels of success through persistence, a servant's heart and faith. I learned from my parent's example of hard work, integrity, values and good communication skills.
