I have been a resident in Lafayette and Walnut Creek for over 30 years, enjoying the beautiful outdoors, convenient shopping, dining, theatres and more! Prior to becoming a realtor, my background was in sales, marketing and management where I was continuously interfacing with the public so the transition to real estate made perfect sense!

After receiving my real estate license in 2003, I began focusing on the leasing market, meeting many families in need of securing rental homes or condo's that were a good fit in terms of commute, schools and cities. After a short period of time, these lovely families became loyal clients entrusting me to purchase their first homes. When representing buyers, it's crucial for me to explain inspection findings, the importance of a reputable lender, contractual deadlines and navigating through the escrow process. I make it a top priority to always be available to answer any questions that arise to assure my buyers feel comfortable and completely satisfied once the purchase is completed.

When listing properties, it's all about receiving top dollar for the homeowner! I meet with the seller(s) to access what their situation is whether they are downsizing, upsizing or relocating. Listening plays a key factor in how to best address any concerns the seller may have and determine the most strategic way to market their home for the best exposure and pricing outcome. I have a team of professionals that can address repairs that may be needed, painting, gardening and staging if needed. Using professional photography is extremely important and timing plays a key factor in determining the best time to list their home.

Over the years, I have found that the "word of mouth" referrals from clients, friends and families have truly built and enriched my real estate career. I am extremely grateful for having such loyal and supportive people in my life! I hope that I continue to be the "go to" realtor with any questions or concerns about the housing market.
