Early Days Adam Fettes was born in a small rural town in North Western Iowa and relocated to the San Francisco Bay Area in the early 1980s. Living in the Clayton/ Concord community, then San Mateo and Foster City before his family settled into the growing community of Union City until the early 2000's.
Real Estate as a career would come some years later after Adam Fettes and his wife Claudia bought their first home shortly after Adam completed the Multimedia Graduate Program at California State University East Bay. As a Graduate student developing new technologies and content for tomorrow's television experience Adam Fettes realized that he could utilize these tools and applications to real estate.
The Transition In 2005 Adam Fettes stepped away from multimedia and television, returned to the broker that sold him his home and began his career selling real estate for CENTURY 21 Mission-Bishop in Pleasanton. At CENTURY 21 Adam Fettes learned the fundamentals of real estate, spending many hours with Senior Sales Associates learning the traditional techniques of selling real estate while sharing new technologies and marketing systems that were on the verge of changing the real estate industry.
In 2007, looking for additional opportunity and growth Adam Fettes joined a brand new real estate firm, J. Rockcliff Realtors. The values and principles of J. Rockcliff Realtors aligned very well with Adam Fettes; traditional leadership with a concierge approach to customer service while embracing new technology and marketing techniques to gain a competitive edge.
Today Today, Adam Fettes has accomplished many successful real estate transactions, and is well known throughout the San Francisco Bay area as a top tier real estate marketing specialist. Adam is often asked to consult with both agents and their clients, developing marketing campaigns for luxury homes and estates throughout Blackhawk, Alamo, Danville, Ruby Hill, Walnut Creek, Pleasanton, Livermore vineyard estates and other communities.
Adam Fettes applies the same approach to selling a luxury home to selling all of his client's homes. The goal is the same; maximize the marketing of the home, maintain control of the transaction negotiations and earn top dollar. When it comes to buyers, you can expect Adam to do everything possible to give our client a competitive edge over others; aligning his buyers with well-respected local lenders and service providers.
