Ashley Berriatua was born and raised in Castro Valley, California. She now lives in Livermore
with her Husband, Matt, and their two little boys, Bode and Lucas. Ashley is extremely passionate about her
community. She is the School Board President of her kid's preschool, involved with the PTA at their
elementary school and gives back to the community whenever possible. Her love for her family and
chosen family is at her core. Ashley grew up in the same town her parents grew up in which has created
an amazing network of friends, colleagues and clients that spans across generations. If you know Ashley
you know that she makes it a point to treat all her loved ones as family, making them feel welcomed,
loved and motivated to be the best versions of themselves.
Ashley comes from an athletic background and has immense competitive drive. She played four
years of varsity soccer and softball in high school and was captain of her college softball team at Ohlone
in Fremont. Before heading to UC Santa Barbara to obtain her BA degree in Communications she also
coached for a girls U14 travel softball team helping them bring home the National Championship. It is
then that she realized she enjoyed coaching even more than playing. Ashley intends to incorporate her
coaching and mentoring skills into her real estate success helping people accomplish their dreams of
homeownership.
Ashley's 12 years of experience in the employee benefits industry has given her excellent
insight, vision and knowledge in account management and sales. She gained outstanding
communication, interpersonal and managerial skills as she built rapport with clients and assisted in
making their day just a little bit easier. Her understanding of people and their motivations is what drives
her. Building connections with those around her and fostering those connections to determine wants
and needs is what Ashley strives to create.
Ashley's competitive drive coupled with her extensive background in client management as well
as her love for the East Bay is the perfect combination to assist in all of your real estate needs. Ashley is
