Vivian Abellana was born in SF and raised in San Bruno. She is the middle child, out of the 7 Abellana children, all of whom attended St. Roberts in San Bruno from 1990-2009. High school consisted of both Mercy High School and Burlingame High School. She did the community college route for 2 years at College of San Mateo. Elected A.S.C.S.M. President 2011-2012 representing the student body of 7,000 students. Ms. Abellana earned her Bachelors’ degree in Political Science, graduating Class of 2015 at San Francisco State University. In 2018, Vivian Abellana received her California Real Estate License.
Vivian’s previous work history ranges from financial planning, small business owner - fashion boutique, hospitality, photography and bartending. Hobbies include world travel, reading books and community involvement through the San Bruno Rotary Club.
Vivian’s ideals in real estate are to prioritize the client’s home-buying or selling needs. She has always been a motivated individual, who understands the importance of being your best version and through goal achievement, inspiring those around you. She has been a guest speaker at Aim High, a summer organization intended to give students confidence to succeed beyond high school in the San Francisco Bay Area.
She takes on her role as a realtor with enthusiasm, positive attitude, and faith. Her unique approach to advocate for clients includes dedication, looking out and going above and beyond to assure clients are happy with the sale.
