She took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for. She was able to take what she learned and tailor the homes she showed me perfectly. She wouldn't let me settle and never pushed me towards a home that was not what I was looking for. She has extensive personal and professional knowledge of the Bay Area real estate market, which she used to guide me away from homes that did not match my criteria and ultimately to the perfect home. Once I was in contract she stayed on top of the entire team and managed the process effortlessly. As with most real estate transactions there were bumps along the way but I never worried because Kristi's experience gave her the tools to keep us moving forward. She is amazingly responsive, any time I had a question or concern, Kristi was there. When you meet her you will see that it isn't about making a sale for her, she truly has a passion for helping people find the right home.
