Kristine Kim has been a Realtor for over 10 years, but she's been in the industry for almost 30. She started investing in real estate when she was in college where she managed her own rental property while also working for a property manager to learn the business. She graduated from U.C. Berkeley with a B.S. in Business Administration and then went on to receive her Law Degree from U.C. Hastings. Kristine is proficient in contracts and negotiations and also is knowledgeable in real estate, construction, and rental law.
Kristine grew up in San Francisco and has lived in the Bay Area almost all of her life. She currently resides in Los Altos where she and her husband raised 2 daughters, one of whom is an English teacher in Morgan Hill and the other who is a U.S. Marine. Her long history in the area and intimate knowledge of the many neighborhoods throughout the Peninsula and South Bay make her an invaluable resource for buyers new to the area, clients looking for a change, and investors seeking sound acquisitions.
Kristine has built her real estate practice on the value of personal relationships. She listens to her clients and gets to know them well, understands and empathizes with their priorities and needs, and makes sure that the business of real estate comes second to the best interests of her clients and their families. To effectuate these values, she will strategically and fiercely negotiate for you, she conducts herself with the highest standard of integrity, and she maintains a dedicated work ethic. These qualities and relationships result in clients coming back to her again and again for their real estate needs, even years after their first transaction with her.
Professionalism. Expertise. Trust. Results.
