We just purchased a home working with Monica as our realtor. Having purchased other homes in the past, we thought we knew what to expect, but we were wrong. Monica surpassed our EVERY expectation. She was kind, diligent, screened a ton of properties for us, and really got to know what we were looking for. When we selected a property, she was a tough (but fair) negotiator. Most of all, though, she was incredibly responsive. We asked a lot of questions through the process, both by text and email, and she got back to us with an answer right away every single time. We really felt as though she "had our back," and we were never in the dark. She is smart, understands the real estate process, and worked well with our family.
